She is a graduate of Hofstra University, and is a licensed, registered, and board-certified Art Therapist in New York. Methods of therapy include utilizing Creative Arts Therapies (e.g., Art, Music, Dance, Drama, Writing), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Erica is an empathetic and compassionate therapist who creates a calm, grounded space where clients can feel safe, supported, and truly understood. She is a graduate of Long Island University’s Master of Social Work program and holds an advanced certificate in forensic social work. Erica also specializes in equine-assisted therapy, integrating the healing power of horses into her work. She has extensive experience and is especially passionate about supporting veterans, youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, severe persistent mental illness, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), as well as related communication differences such as selective mutism. With over 23 years of dedicated experience, Melissa has proven herself to be a highly skilled practitioner in working with families, individuals, children, and couples. Melissa's extensive background and expertise have equipped her to provide compassionate and effective support to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing. One of Melissa's guiding principles is that everything is "figureoutable."

Julio is a highly empathetic Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who specializes in working with survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, Rape and Child Sexual Abuse. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and utilizes a Trauma-Informed Approach, as well as constantly informs himself on evidenced-based practices, latest studies regarding various treatment interventions and diagnoses. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of abuse and its impact on individuals, relationships and family systems, PTSD and CPTSD, and the importance of survivors having adequate support that prioritizes their safety and well-being. Julio is also Bilingual, Spanish-Speaking, and also has experience treating and assisting individuals struggling with symptoms from Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and Substance Use Disorders.
